PEP stands for a Personal Exercise Program this is crucial in Table Tennis you need to get into a routine that can fit around your daily activities. The best way to do this is in a table make a table with dates and times and fill in parts where you cant work on your PEP and in the empty spaces fill in the different activities for example speed at 9am Monday feeting 12pm Monday power 5pm Monday and so on for everyday of the week.
