| Returns Policy We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase however if you need to return your goods or cancel your order please read our returns policy as stated below: You may return any delivered products within 7 working days of delivery (including if you change your mind), in an unused condition. The product must be with its original packaging with instructions and parts. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same way _______ within 7 days, unless faulty (Please read flat pack self assembly below). Care must be taken to ensure the Returned Products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit, therefore suggest that you request a proof of postage. For all returns except where the product is faulty you will be required to pay for and arrange for the goods to be returned to us. If you prefer we can arrange for the goods to be collected from you but the cost if this will be charged to you or deducted from your refund. We will only refund the cost of original postage where the item(s) is faulty and where goods are returned within 7 days, known as the consumer cooling off period.
